An international visual storytelling initiative inviting photographers, filmmakers and creators from Malaysia and abroad to capture the beauty, heritage and people of Sarawak — while building lasting tourism assets.
SIPVA 2026 comprises four flagship events running across the year — from open competition and a one-day photo marathon, to a professional convention and a public exhibition with an official coffee table book.
The events are expected to attract local and international participants while strengthening Sarawak's position as a regional destination for photography, creative tourism and visual storytelling.
